Lyons Holiday Parks, a family-run operator of nationwide caravan and camping parks with over 50 years in business and ten sites, faced fragmented tills and isolated systems that created manual work and delayed financial reporting. To support growth while maintaining service levels they needed a consistent, scalable EPOS that would integrate with Sage 200 — and selected KCPOS from Kamarin Computers to meet that need.

Kamarin Computers implemented KCPOS across the parks to centralise sales processing, stock control and automated posting into Sage 200, linking tills, receptions and operations across all sites. The rollout cut manual bookkeeping, improved transaction accuracy, routed nearly all business transactions (bar/shop sales, holiday home and pitch hire, ticketing) through the tills, and allowed Lyons to grow without increasing their finance team — with ongoing training and support from Kamarin ensuring smooth adoption.
