Kalungi partnered with Fraxion, a provider of cloud-based spend management solutions, following its merger with another company. The customer needed to unify two distinct organizations, define a clear brand positioning, and align its go-to-market strategy to scale in the North American market, but lacked the internal marketing leadership to do so efficiently.
