Serving Live Learning and Virtual Events with Tennis Australia

Tennis Australia, the national governing body for tennis in Australia, needed a better way to manage thousands of training videos and deliver coach and official education through its LMS. As in-person courses were disrupted by the pandemic, Tennis Australia turned to Kaltura for a video solution that could support both on-demand learning and live virtual events.

Kaltura implemented Kaltura MediaSpace, Townhalls, and Kaltura Virtual Classroom to organize content, webcast live sessions, and run interactive training online. The results included 260 coach sessions delivered since lockdown began, more than a dozen sessions for officials, and strong engagement across the platform, including 54 attendees at the first officials webinar. Kaltura also helped Tennis Australia scale training nationwide, keep content available for review in the LMS, and reduce the need for travel and in-person delivery.
