IMG Play, working with Kaltura, partnered with Norwegian state railway NSB to solve a tough business problem: how to change employee behavior and communicate strategic shifts to 3,500 largely frontline workers who had no regular office access. IMG Play revamped NSB’s Customer Track into a Kaltura-powered internal video channel delivered on tablets, publishing weekly reports, leader blogs and interactive content tied to the strategic roadmap and used as conversation starters. The initiative cut average weekly communication cost per employee from €8 to €2, saved €1M in printing in one year, produced a ~35% higher change-communications score among regular viewers, increased hard-to-reach user adoption dramatically, and contributed to higher customer satisfaction and strong operational ROI.
