Using Kallidus Learn to drive learning and develop tomorrow’s talent

Birketts is a top-100 UK law firm of around 600 people across four offices where lawyer and support-staff development is critical to meeting SRA compliance and CPD needs. Before implementing an LMS the firm managed training with Outlook and paper records, so the challenge was to centralise learning, make compliance easy to track and give time-pressed fee-earners mobile, self-driven access to training.

Birketts chose Kallidus Learn for its clean UX, trialled it, signed in January 2018 and went live in April 2018. Early results include completed GDPR training, import of historic records, positive learner feedback on single sign-on and a single view of training, and plans to deliver webinars, on-demand content for the Junior Lawyers programme and better reporting for appraisals — all delivering time savings and stronger visibility of compliance.
