Provident Financial Group, a UK personal-credit provider with about 4,940 employees serving 2.5 million customers, needed to replace its aging, non–mobile-friendly LMS so field-based colleagues could access learning on the move. The Learning & Development team chose to migrate from Kallidus Classic to the new Kallidus Learn to improve usability, mobile access and stakeholder credibility.

Working closely with Kallidus, Provident ran three sandboxes (≈150 tests on the first), kept the launch targeted and let Kallidus’ Support team manage the data migration. The June 2018 rollout enlisted ~5,000 people on 10 modules and drove completion rates from 86% to 96% (Head Office) with current Field UK at 96% and Field ROI at 98%; dropout on completion sits at 3% and about 4,000 users now use the mobile-optimised site.
