LEGOLAND faced the challenge of maintaining consistent service standards across its large, seasonal workforce in its parks. To embed its Guest Obsession program, it partnered with Kallidus for a bespoke eLearning solution to replace fragmented classroom training.
Kallidus implemented a playful, digital-first learning journey with interactive modules that used storytelling and scenario-based learning. This solution led to record-breaking results for LEGOLAND, including achieving a 60%+ NPS, 90% customer service scores, and 60% course completion. Most notably, LEGOLAND Florida was ranked #1 out of all Merlin attractions worldwide, with Kallidus's training cited as a core driver of this success.
