The Co-operative, one of the UK’s largest food retailers with over 80,000 employees and more than 2,500 stores, faced a persistent challenge: staff regularly encountering aggression in-store, from verbal abuse at tills to shoplifting and robbery. How employees respond in these situations is critical to their personal safety and store security.

Kallidus developed an immersive e-learning course that addresses eight realistic store scenarios using rich, interactive dramatized video featuring 19 actors.
