EDF commissioned a Stress Management and Awareness course to raise employee understanding of workplace stress and clarify the role of EDF’s Occupational Health Team. The brief required realistic, job-relevant learning for a diverse workforce, illustrated by characters such as Ed (a power station engineer), Sam (a field operative) and Marta (a call-centre operative).

We developed an interactive, scenario-based course that places learners in decision-making situations—choosing if and when to involve the Occupational Health Team—and then shows the consequences of those choices. The result is a practical, contextualised learning experience that improves awareness of stress issues and helps employees apply the organisation’s support processes in real workplace situations.
