A Kallidus Case Study
David Lloyd Clubs, Europe’s largest health and fitness operator with about 8,600 employees across 114 clubs, needed a scalable learning management system to support rapid UK and European expansion and improve inconsistent compliance and engagement with training. After a broad search, they chose Kallidus Learn for its usability and partnership approach.
Kallidus was piloted in December 2018 and fully rolled out by March 2019; the intuitive platform required no end-user training, integrated with HR systems, and expanded reporting beyond completion status. Within 60 days 81% of staff had logged in, mobile learning rose to 40% of activity, average monthly logins increased from under five to nearly seven, mandatory completions doubled in 60 days (projected to reach 170,000 by year-end), and administrative time for onboarding was significantly reduced — putting the organisation on track for near‑100% compliance.
