Communicating Diversity and Inclusion Globally for Deutsche Post DHL

Deutsche Post DHL, the world’s largest logistics company with about 480,000 employees operating in 220 countries, wanted to refresh its Diversity & Inclusion e‑learning. The challenge was to create an innovative, culturally appropriate module that would resonate with a globally diverse workforce and support DHL’s broader inclusion objectives.

Kallidus worked with DHL subject‑matter experts to produce an experiential, interactive course of eight animated isometric scenes set in DHL distribution centres, guided by two narrators and enhanced with a “DHL Smart glasses” augmented layer. The module—aligned to DHL’s brand and strategy—replaced the previous course, was translated into 24 languages and distributed globally, helping to inspire staff and drive a more inclusive culture.
