Capita Employee Benefits was formed in 2012 by the merger of Capita Hartshead and Bluefin, bringing together 1,200 clients and more than 4 million pension scheme members. With 2,500 staff to train, the newly formed business urgently needed a consistent, scalable learning solution to maintain high standards across the organisation.

Kallidus partnered with Capita to co-create bespoke e‑learning templates, instructional design support and LMS rollout, empowering an in‑house team to produce courses independently and shifting from a compliance “push” to a personalised, soft‑skills “pull” learning culture. The programme delivered 12 further in‑house modules, saved at least 1,000 trainer hours and 870 delegate hours annually (£33,600 per year), increased user satisfaction by 6.5% and earned Capita a Gold ‘Team of the Year’ award in the E‑Learning Awards 2014.
