BG Group, a global oil and gas company with a highly mobile workforce, needed a scalable way to ensure staff travelling to diverse destinations were prepared for health and security risks. The challenge was to deliver practical, engaging training that reflected real-world situations and supported the company’s duty of care.

We developed an interactive Travel Health and Security course focused on scenario-based learning and integrated with BG’s travel booking provider to provide up‑to‑date traveller location data. Using map interfaces and realistic scenarios (packing, hotel-room safety, etc.), the course builds situational awareness and practical decision-making, improving traveller preparedness and overall safety.
