A Game-Changing, First-Time leaders Programme for McDonalds

McDonald’s needed a fresh, modern training programme to support and develop first-time managers—an audience largely aged 18–23 who expect highly engaging, tech-forward online learning. The challenge was to create an immersive, attention-grabbing experience that would prepare new shift leaders for real-world day-to-day decisions.

Kallidus built three multimedia, game-like e-learning modules that simulate “a day in the life of Sunil,” putting learners into realistic scenarios where they make decisions and see the consequences play out. The course is being rolled out to over 1,200 new managers, has received very positive feedback, and will be entered for several industry awards.
