Kalibrate worked with a major fuel retailer that wanted to identify the best North American sites for EV charger deployment after successfully rolling out chargers in Europe. The customer needed a faster, more strategic site selection process that could account for demand, site traffic, available space, and the feasibility and cost of power supply earlier in the decision-making process.

Kalibrate gathered and analyzed multiple data sources, including traffic counts, retail activity, points of interest, existing charger locations, population data, EV demographics, sub-station locations, and the client’s existing sites, then scored and ranked seed points such as road intersections and retail sites in its location intelligence tool. The result was a map and report showing hotspots and ranked locations, enabling the customer to quickly pinpoint the most attractive and feasible sites and prioritize charger deployment to support better ROI and faster time to market.
