Global Restaurant Chain, a QSR franchise with more than 5,000 locations worldwide, needed a better way to plan expansion into new and existing countries. To support these location decisions, the company had to prioritize target markets, determine the optimal number of locations by country and city, and manage multiple real estate pipelines across regions. Kalibrate helped address these needs using its Location Intelligence and Sync capabilities.

Kalibrate combined multiple datasets to analyze opportunities at both macro and micro levels, using demographics, psychographics, traffic, POI, and existing customer behavior where relevant.
