U.S. Based Retailer, a global retailer with more than 2,000 stores across the Americas and Europe, needed help refining its European expansion strategy. The company wanted to understand what drives store performance by country, which location types work best, and how many stores each market could support.

Kalibrate used location intelligence, mobile location data, demographic and competitive data, and sales forecasting to run a whitespace analysis for each country. Kalibrate identified more than 7,000 potential store deployment opportunities per country, evaluated trade areas and sales potential, and filtered for profitable, non-cannibalizing sites, resulting in recommended deployment strategies that the retailer is now using to reposition and expand its store network.
