EG America, a large fuel and convenience retailer operating more than 1,600 sites across 31 states, needed to replace a mix of different fuel pricing systems after several acquisitions. The company wanted a single centralized platform that could improve pricing consistency, support better analytics, and help its team spend less time on manual price changes. Kalibrate’s fuel pricing software was selected because of its science-based approach, cloud capabilities, and strong customer experience.
Kalibrate implemented a centralized pricing system across EG America’s entire network, with automation, analytics, and API integrations to support two-way data exchange with the retailer’s data warehouse and Power BI dashboards. As a result, EG America gained substantially greater control and visibility into pricing and performance, improved the speed and consistency of pricing execution, and gave its team better tools to analyze strategy and communicate decisions across departments. While no specific lift in volume was attributed directly to Kalibrate, EG America said the platform was instrumental in executing pricing strategy effectively.
