Big Riyadh Facility Sees Major Improvements With N4

Baas International Group (BIG) operates the Riyadh Dry Port Facility supporting Saudi Arabia Railways and needed to improve container handling, yard equipment utilization, gate efficiency, customer communication, operational visibility, event monitoring, and reporting. To address these challenges, BIG chose Kaleris’s Navis N4 terminal operating system over Tideworks, TSB, and an in-house solution.

With Kaleris Navis N4, BIG automated processes that had previously been manual, streamlining gate and yard operations and simplifying reporting. The change improved container delivery rates and drove more than 75% gains in IT staff productivity, gate operational productivity, and yard operation productivity, with a return on investment achieved in 1–6 months.
