The customer, a large enterprise and church organization, faced the challenge of creating a secure, scalable, and cross-platform video conferencing application to meet the rising demand for remote work solutions during the COVID-19 pandemic. They partnered with the vendor, Kaleo Design, to bring their vision for a competitor to Zoom to life, needing a comprehensive product design for their development teams to implement.

Kaleo Design implemented the solution by designing the entire user experience and product from scratch for responsive web, iOS, and Android platforms. This included extensive research into video call interactions and layouts for various group sizes. The result was the successful launch of ARC Video, a secure conferencing platform. The collaboration spanned three years and involved the design of over 300 screens for the application.
