The Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) partnered with Kalamuna to address the challenge of building a skilled workforce for the state's emerging electric vehicle industry. They needed a digital platform that would serve as both a recruitment engine and an educational tool to connect job seekers with career pathways and change outdated perceptions of manufacturing work.

Kalamuna designed and developed a WordPress-based website for TCSG, integrating a GeoSolutions API to process and display relevant job listings. The solution included an interactive wage calculator and a visual strategy showcasing diverse careers, which helped reframe EV manufacturing as a modern and rewarding field. This new platform provides a streamlined path to high-quality jobs and training, directly supporting Georgia's initiative to become a major EV manufacturing hub.
