Grand Rapids Community College boosts Apply to GRCC traffic by 90.5% with Kalamuna

Grand Rapids Community College (GRCC) needed to redesign its website to be more welcoming and intuitive for both prospective and current students. To address this challenge, GRCC partnered with the vendor Kalamuna for a complete Drupal 8 website redesign, strategy, and development.

Kalamuna implemented a user-centric solution that included a restructured information architecture, an accessible visual design, and an improved admin experience. The results were significant, with traffic to the "Apply to GRCC" page increasing by 90.5% within the first quarter after launch. Kalamuna's work also led to an exponential increase in traffic to the programs page and achieved a 96.3 accessibility score, far exceeding the industry standard.
