Truecaller, the caller ID and spam-blocking app with messaging and dialer features, needed a better way to manage performance for its small support team. Using Kaizo, specifically the Team Scorecard, they replaced a slow, spreadsheet-based performance assessment process that was time-consuming, not real-time, and limited to a few people in the organization.
