Kettering Health Network began using the KaiNexus platform in December 2013 to scale system-wide continuous improvement. As a result, Kettering logged close to 700 OIs (nearly 55% completed), freed over 25,000 staff and leader hours, realized roughly $2.6 million in financial impact last year, and reported thousands of hours of waste eliminated—demonstrating KaiNexus’s role as a catalyst for cultural change and daily improvement.
