Floor & Decor, a leading specialty flooring retailer, required a sophisticated project management system to manage its extensive real estate pipeline and control project costs. To address this, Floor & Decor partnered with vendor Kahua to implement its project management information system (PMIS).

Kahua, in association with implementation partner OnIndus, provided a tailored solution using its flexible application platform and APIs. The project involved configuring the Kahua system to the retailer's needs, developing a two-way integration with its accounting software, and successfully executing a complex data migration. The results included reduced project setup times, better information visibility, the elimination of manual reconciliations, and a significant reduction in errors, providing Floor & Decor with a scalable system for future growth.
