Why HS2 selected Kahootz for online collaboration

Hs2, the UK high-speed rail project, faced intense public scrutiny and the complexity of coordinating a large, distributed supply chain during early-stage design and consultations. To support secure, flexible engagement with engineering teams, suppliers and stakeholders, Hs2 selected Kahootz’s cloud-based online collaboration workspaces procured via the government G-Cloud framework.

Kahootz provided secure online workspaces for document and data exchange, supplier engagement and agile working, enabling around 300 Hs2 users to collaborate now with plans to scale to roughly 3,000 as construction begins. Procured at £2 per user per month, Kahootz delivered measurable cost-effectiveness while improving collaboration, information sharing and delivery agility across Hs2’s supply chain.
