NHS Digital - Customer Case Study

NHS Digital, tasked with developing the NHS Digital, Data and Technology Standards Framework to tackle fragmented, unreliable and insecure IT across health and care, needed broad input from clinicians, IT leaders and the public. To gather and manage that stakeholder engagement, NHS Digital used Kahootz’s cloud collaboration platform to provide secure online workspaces and public forums for discussion.

Kahootz hosted confidential workspaces for senior stakeholders (CIOs, CCIOs and Chief Executives) and a public, anonymous-but-visible forum, enabling tens of thousands of NHS users to review, comment on and respond to specifications and questionnaires. By using Kahootz, NHS Digital increased stakeholder engagement, stimulated cross-sector discussion and produced consolidated feedback to inform the standards framework and support wider adoption.
