Local Partnerships, a joint venture between HM Treasury and the Local Government Association that helps deliver local public‑sector projects, needed a secure, easy-to-use platform to share large volumes of confidential documents with clients (police, local authorities, NHS, etc.). Their previous provider (4projects) was costly, hard to set up and wouldn’t allow multiple-file uploads, so after evaluating options they selected Kahootz as their secure file‑sharing solution.

Kahootz provided an accredited, user-friendly workspace that fixed upload, access and email-notification issues, cutting down support calls and administrative overhead. As a result Local Partnerships grew from 30 to 100 users in November 2016 and now to 200 users, with staff reporting simpler content management, faster document reviews and fewer usability complaints thanks to Kahootz.
