The customer, FutureNHS, faced the challenge of preventing knowledge silos as its national NHS Safeguarding Programme grew. Kahootz implemented a solution by building the secure FutureNHS platform, which deployed various communication forums and communities. This created an inclusive yet secure area for members to connect, share ideas safely, and draw in expertise from wider partners like the police and government departments. As a result, the Kahootz-powered platform became a critical national capability, driving improvements in patient outcomes and empowering members to inform national policy to protect society's most vulnerable people.
