Cabinet Office works with Kahootz to support cross department digital transformation

Government Business Services (part of the Cabinet Office) needed a secure, consistent way to support cross-department Cloud ERP transformation, share lessons and run collaboration across UK government networks. After due diligence against the Government’s Cloud Security Principles, GBS chose Kahootz’s cloud collaboration platform to launch OneGovCloud as a central channel for knowledge sharing and coordination.

Kahootz delivered OneGovCloud as a configurable hub for publishing guidance, distributing toolkits, managing documents, hosting discussion forums and running Cloud Workshops. As a result, GBS can now track workshop registrations and content engagement, quickly share event assets and policy documents (e.g., HR work during COVID-19), and drive greater cross-department collaboration—helping GBS reach key stakeholders more efficiently and support cost‑effective Cloud ERP convergence.
