GET2WORK, a business development firm in Athens focused on life sciences and healthcare, needed a way to engage busy pharma audiences and boost knowledge retention during trainings on complex topics like digital transformation. They turned to Kahoot!’s gamification tools—using quizzes and the Jumble format—to make sessions more interactive and accessible across in-class trainings and larger events.

Kahoot! was implemented across monthly workshops and at GET2WORK’s Digital4Pharma event (about 150 brand, business and commercial managers), using timed quizzes and order-based Jumbles to present market research and spark discussion. The approach increased mid-session attention, deepened understanding (participants must order answers, not guess), saved time by requiring no client IT setup, and generated strong client feedback—many attendees began using Kahoot! themselves after the event.
