A Kahoot! Case Study

Preview of the H.A.S.C, le Handicap au Service des Compétences Case Study

Three female leaders make the world a more inclusive place, one company at a time

H.A.S.C, le Handicap au Service des Compétences is a Paris-based consulting organization led by three women with disabilities that delivers disability awareness and inclusive hiring training to companies. Their challenge was to make sessions both accessible for presenters with visual impairments and engaging for participants, while reliably assessing whether learners retained the material — so they turned to the Kahoot! platform to support interactive learning.

Using Kahoot!, H.A.S.C. builds branded, accessible kahoots with high-contrast visuals and personalized content, then ends sessions with game-based quizzes; Kahoot!’s post-game reports give the team concrete data on learning retention. The result is more dynamic, inclusive training (replacing paper-and-pen checks), higher participant engagement through friendly competition, and measurable evidence that their sessions are producing results — all enabled by Kahoot!.
