Tech Data found the missing piece to activate the audience in sales training

Tech Data, a Fortune 500 technology distributor in Stockholm, found that slide decks and videos left sales training sessions feeling one-way and overwhelming, making it hard for reps to retain fast-changing product knowledge. To solve this, they adopted Kahoot! to add game-based interaction to internal and customer-facing sales training.

Kahoot! is used to wrap up sessions with competitive quizzes that boost energy and engagement, and its game reports give trainers actionable data on which topics need deeper review. As a result, Tech Data improved content processing and recall, sales reps look forward to training, and several of Tech Data’s partners have added Kahoot! to their own educational programs.
