Systel, a North Carolina-based IT services provider, needed a better way to keep remote and hybrid employees engaged and retain knowledge during onboarding and sales training. With Kahoot!, the company looked for a more interactive way to deliver training and check understanding in a virtual environment.

Kahoot! helped Systel run live quizzes during Zoom training sessions, onboarding, and weekly company meetups, making learning more competitive and fun while reinforcing key topics. The result was a “massive uptick in engagement,” better note-taking, and improved knowledge retention, with trainers able to check results immediately and revisit topics that weren’t understood. Kahoot! also helped Systel strengthen company culture, bringing together more than 200 employees in virtual sessions and helping coworkers connect every Friday instead of only twice a year.
