Scotiabank México, a leading banking organization with branches across the country, needed a more engaging and efficient way to keep employees up to date on products and services like credit cards, loans, checking accounts, and mortgages. Using Kahoot! 360 Pro, the bank moved away from paper quizzes and toward a more interactive approach to employee training and professional development.
Kahoot! helped Scotiabank deliver company-wide training, monthly tournaments, and self-paced challenges that boosted participation and made learning more inclusive across branches. The results were strong: employees achieved an 89% participation rate in games with 79% average response accuracy, while challenge results on a newly launched credit card reached 75–80% accuracy. Kahoot! also gave managers useful reporting to track progress over time and create targeted action plans.
