Kahoot! tournaments and short recap kahoots were run after presentations and longer quizzes were used to assess business knowledge, with reports shared with leaders for targeted follow-up. The game-based format boosted attention and culture — employees voted Kahoot! their favorite part of training — and training NPS rose to 90; trainers also saved time with instant grading and analytics from Kahoot!.
