Case Study: Wondrous (London-based people consultancy) achieves engaging, memorable client learning for content-heavy sessions with Kahoot!

A Kahoot! Case Study

Preview of the Wondrous Case Study

Liven up “heavy” content to make your clients excited about learning

Wondrous, a London-based people consultancy, faced the challenge of “lightening up” content-heavy company learning sessions so clients would be engaged rather than resigned. To tackle this, Wondrous used Kahoot!’s quiz game format during a large learning programme for an international banking group, running sessions for about 50–60 people every three to four weeks.

Wondrous implemented a treasure-hunt structure and live Kahoot! quizzes on participants’ phones to test recall of a welcome video and collect group data. Kahoot! immediately boosted energy, smiles, team bonding and real-time feedback, shifted participant attitudes from indifferent to curious, improved information retention and reduced risk of error — outcomes that have led Wondrous to include Kahoot! in new client proposals and large events.
