How Teleflex makes virtual events more human and interactive with Kahoot!

Teleflex, a global medical technology company, needed a way to make its annual Customer Experience Week engaging after moving the week-long event from an in-person format to a virtual one. The company also wanted an interactive tool to keep remote employees focused, reinforce learning, and gather feedback during sessions. Teleflex used Kahoot! and Kahoot! 360 Pro to add gamification to its virtual events and team meetings.

Kahoot! helped Teleflex create 12 live kahoots, an event-long tournament, and self-paced challenges so employees who missed sessions could still participate. The vendor’s reporting features let Teleflex track participation, identify difficult questions, and use that data to improve the final game and shape future content, while word clouds and polls provided quick feedback from attendees. As a result, Teleflex boosted engagement across more than 2,000 virtual attendees and made training and meetings more interactive and human.
