With Kahoot!, SNCF created short, gamified quizzes for training sessions on security behaviors and safety protocols, using the platform to check baseline knowledge, reinforce learning during sessions, and confirm retention at the end. Kahoot! helped SNCF train 4,000 employees over two years, improve knowledge retention, collect feedback, and identify knowledge gaps—while also reducing the need for in-person sessions.
