How Nasdaq used Kahoot! to strengthen remote team culture at a virtual event in Sweden

Nasdaq, a global financial services company, needed a way to connect remote employees in its Stockholm and Umeå offices during home office and social distancing. To support a fun, social virtual event, the Stockholm Employee Committee turned to Kahoot! to help strengthen remote company culture.

Using Kahoot!, Nasdaq hosted an hour-long virtual event with general knowledge and company-specific kahoots that engaged hundreds of employees, including some children, and created a relaxed “virtual coffee break” atmosphere. Kahoot! helped spark organic interaction, lift morale, and bring together more than 1,000 employees across two Swedish offices, with Nasdaq planning to use Kahoot! for future events to raise awareness and donations for causes like Breast Cancer Awareness and Movember.
