Greenwood College School successfully combines in-class and online instruction with Kahoot! EDU

Greenwood College School, a Toronto-based school, needed a flexible way to support teachers and keep students engaged during COVID-19 as they shifted to a HyFlex blended learning model with both in-class and at-home instruction. The school used Kahoot! EDU as part of its teaching toolkit to help enrich learning across classroom, blended, and distance environments.

Kahoot! EDU enabled Greenwood College School to onboard almost 80 educators, with close to 90% of teachers using the platform. Kahoot! helped teachers run live and student-paced kahoots from anywhere, use advanced question types like Type answer, and access reports to identify knowledge gaps and adapt lessons. Kahoot! also boosted participation, strengthened school spirit with virtual events, and supported staff engagement during a difficult period.
