A Kahoot! Case Study
Getty Images, a global digital media company, faced the challenge of making CRM and sales training engaging and scalable for 1,000+ sales managers across 25 offices (20 countries, five continents). Traditional slides and paper questionnaires left sessions flat and required manual data entry, so Getty Images turned to Kahoot!’s game-based learning platform to inject energy and interaction into their training modules.
Kahoot! was implemented as short 3–5 minute interactive quizzes at the end of each 45-minute module, creating competition and motivation while generating automated reports for trainers. The Kahoot! approach helped Getty Images train 1,000+ managers in three weeks, became embedded in organizational culture (participants now expect a kahoot in every session), and produced measurable results: sessions are rated 4.75–4.8/5 and trainers use Kahoot! reports to identify weak topics and plan follow-up teaching.
