Kahoot! delivered a three-stage solution: emailed pre-event challenges with prizes to spark interest, a live Team Mode Kahoot! to reinforce presentations and promote table-based networking, and a post-event Kahoot! survey to gather actionable feedback. The program drove measurable engagement across 100+ attendees, created pre-event buzz, supported networking, and produced reports that highlighted knowledge gaps and informed session adjustments—demonstrating clear impact from using Kahoot!.
