Advanced Turf Solutions, an independent green industry distributor in Indiana, needed a way to keep more than 200 employees connected and trained when its annual in-person sales event had to move online. The company wanted to maintain engagement, reinforce product knowledge, and support its remote team culture during a three-day virtual event, and turned to Kahoot! for interactive sales training and audience participation.

Using Kahoot!, Advanced Turf Solutions added trivia-style quizzes, polls, word clouds, and a final happy-hour game to its virtual event, with prizes to keep sales reps focused throughout. Kahoot! also enabled real-time reporting so the team could spot knowledge gaps and follow up with attendees who needed extra help. The result was nearly 90% of participants reporting an enjoyable experience, along with stronger engagement, better knowledge retention, and a more connected team culture.
