Moo partnered with Kadence to improve office attendance and support its hybrid work model across six locations in three time zones. After the pandemic, many employees preferred working from home, and the company struggled to get hybrid teams into the office enough to support its in-person culture, collaboration, and innovation goals. Kadence’s desk booking, team coordination, and space analytics tools were used to help address this challenge.
With Kadence, Moo used data and flexible desk booking to understand office usage, coordinate team days, and redesign the workplace experience around collaboration and focused work. The result was over 500 active users, 20,860 space bookings in six months, 296 personal Kadences created, more than 50% month-over-month growth in recurring bookings, and office utilization that often exceeded 70% occupancy.
