The Clubhouse, a leading business club, lounge and meeting space in London, needed to reduce friction for members who rely on constant connectivity but often forget cables or can’t find power where they work. To deliver a best-in-class experience and support member retention and referrals, The Clubhouse partnered with Kadence to deploy wireless charging and in-space power solutions.

Kadence’s wireless charging rollout and analytics dashboard showed strong adoption, with peak charging times at 9 AM and 3 PM, an average session length of 45 minutes, and 1,302 unique users (75% returning). Analytics also revealed meeting rooms and hot-desking areas as the most-used spots, enabling The Clubhouse to optimise space use and improve availability—ultimately keeping members powered, productive and more likely to renew.
