Walton County School District, one of the fastest-growing districts in Florida, needed a scalable way to manage growing communications across 21 schools and more than 10,000 students. The district wanted a consistent, districtwide approach to handle inquiries from families and staff more efficiently, and turned to K12 Insight’s Let’s Talk platform to help streamline that process.
K12 Insight implemented Let’s Talk to route questions and feedback through web, mobile, and text, improve collaboration, and track response times. The results included more than 3,000 inquiries handled, an average response time of less than one day, and a 9.0 customer experience score. After adding texting, Walton County School District also saw higher engagement and fewer phone calls, helping build trust and strengthen service for families and students.
