Providence Public School District needed a scalable way to communicate equitably with families speaking more than 75 languages, especially since over half of its students come from homes where English is not the primary language. To address this challenge, the district turned to K12 Insight’s Let’s Talk platform and its multilingual communication tools to better support families and improve access to information.
K12 Insight implemented Let’s Talk as a unified service desk, along with the AI-powered Let’s Talk Assistant chatbot, to provide 24/7, multilingual support in English and Spanish and improve routing and tracking of inquiries. The solution helped Providence Public School District deliver more timely, culturally responsive service, strengthen trust and transparency, and align communications with its equity and belonging goals.
