Spokane Public Schools needed a better way to build community and improve access to information across a large, complex district where communications were spread across many channels. K12 Insight’s Onflo (formerly Let’s Talk) was introduced as a centralized customer service platform to help the district respond more effectively and make information easier for families to find.
K12 Insight implemented Onflo to automate inquiry routing, track response times and ticket trends, and improve staff efficiency and accountability. The result was stronger community trust, higher family satisfaction, and faster issue resolution—from days to hours—with more than 11,000 families responding to a survey and 80% saying they would highly recommend their child’s school.
