Corpus Christi Independent School District recognized that its frontline staff, including front office staff and assistant principals, needed more support to deliver consistent, high-quality customer service. In a competitive K–12 environment where every interaction affects relationships, enrollment, and trust, the district turned to K12 Insight and its professional development services to address the training gap.
K12 Insight delivered a one-day, on-site training focused on empathy, rapport, and handling challenging customer interactions. As a result, CCISD staff reported feeling more confident, prepared, and empowered to create welcoming, service-focused experiences districtwide, helping strengthen trust and positive relationships across the community.
